Recovery begins by creating space for the nervous system to slow down.
Modern life often keeps the body in a constant state of stimulation, making it difficult to relax, recharge, or recover fully. The Reset phase is designed to help interrupt that cycle.
Through carefully selected wellness technologies and a calming environment, the body is encouraged to release tension, quiet mental noise, and shift toward a more balanced state.
This phase helps create the foundation for deeper restoration.
RESTORE
Once the body has begun to settle, attention turns toward replenishment.
The Restore phase utilizes supportive wellness technologies designed to encourage circulation, relaxation, and whole-body recovery. As stress decreases, the body is better positioned to benefit from restorative therapies.
This phase is focused on helping you feel refreshed, supported, and renewed from the inside out.
RECOVER
Recovery is where lasting change begins.
The final phase is designed to reinforce the body’s natural recovery processes by creating an environment that supports rest, regulation, and restoration.
By intentionally slowing down and giving the body space to recover, clients often leave feeling calmer, clearer, and better prepared to navigate the demands of daily life.

After years caring for others in healthcare, Rhea witnessed the effects of chronic stress, burnout, and nervous system overload firsthand. R3 was created to provide a dedicated space where people can prioritize recovery and restoration.
