Is this like a traditional spa treatment?

No. While our environment is deeply relaxing, tranquil, and luxurious, we do not offer traditional spa services like massages or facials. How often should I go through the Protocol?

For foundational maintenance and stress management, we recommend one session per week. If you are navigating an intense period of professional burnout, high-volume athletic training, or chronic stress, two to three sessions per week will provide optimal acceleration for your recovery.

What should I wear to my session?

We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing (like athletic wear or loungewear). You will remain fully clothed during the protocol as you recline on our advanced recovery surfaces.
