Reset and Calm the Nervous System with Oxygen-Infused Aromatherapy
Pause, Breathe, and Reset with Oxygen-Infused Aromatherapy
Step away from the noise and give yourself space to simply breathe.
Oxygen-Infused Aromatherapy combines concentrated oxygen with your choice of a light, refreshing aroma to create a calming sensory experience. As you relax and breathe through a comfortable personal cannula, the selected aroma adds another layer of enjoyment to your restorative pause.
Whether experienced on its own or incorporated into a personalized R3 session, this non-medical wellness experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and emerge feeling refreshed.
What Is Oxygen-Infused Aromatherapy?
Oxygen-Infused Aromatherapy is a recreational wellness experience in which concentrated oxygen flows through an aroma system and is delivered through a personal nasal cannula.
Unlike traditional room aromatherapy, the aroma is experienced individually, allowing each guest to select a scent that complements their desired experience. Choose an aroma inspired by calm, clarity, renewed energy, or an uplifting reset.
No aroma is required. Guests who prefer an unscented experience may enjoy oxygen without added fragrance.
The Oxygen-Infused Aromatherapy Experience
Your session takes place in a peaceful, restorative lounge environment designed to help you disconnect from daily demands.
During your experience:
Select an available aroma or choose an unscented session.
Settle comfortably into the lounge.
Breathe through a fresh, single-use personal cannula.
Relax, listen to calming audio, practice mindful breathing, or simply enjoy uninterrupted rest.
Each experience is intentionally simple, permitting you to pause without pressure or expectation.

How It Is Used at R3
At R3 Wellness Studio, Oxygen-Infused Aromatherapy may be enjoyed as a standalone lounge experience or thoughtfully paired with select wellness modalities, including:
BrainTap® NeuroRelaxation
Guided breathwork
Vibroacoustic therapy
Restorative recovery experiences
When combined, these elements create a layered sensory environment centered on intentional rest, relaxation, and reconnection.
A Restorative Pause for One—or Together
Enjoy a quiet moment on your own or share the experience with friends, partners, or caregivers. The Oxygen Lounge can accommodate up to three guests, with each person receiving an individual cannula and personalized aroma selection.
It is a simple way to pause together while still enjoying an experience tailored to each guest.
Oxygen-Infused Aromatherapy and The R3 Protocol™
Within the Reset • Restore • Recover framework, Oxygen-Infused Aromatherapy supports the Reset phase by creating space for slower breathing, mindful awareness, and sensory relaxation.
It reflects the philosophy behind The R3 Protocol™: thoughtfully combining restorative modalities to help you step away from constant stimulation and reconnect with yourself.
